This astonishing Golden Ohm Mandala Thangka painting is from Nepal. The character writing and symbols are very precisely written. The canvas is in excellent shape.

Ohm is believed to be the original vibratory sound of the Universe and is a very powerful spiritual symbol.

This work is intricate and reaches deep levels of the subconsious. The contrast of black and gold is hypnotic. The gold paint is not 24 karat, as in some of my more expensive paintings. It is likely a 14 karat or 10 karat. They normally mix silver in. This cuts the price down to about half from the beginning. I liked the design and the artwork so much that I thought someone would still like to have it. It can be framed or - because it's a less expensive one - may be tacked or taped on the wall.
